What happens if I need to change my stay dates after booking?
If your stay dates change after booking, please contact us directly or through Alpy.com. Our team will review your request and, depending on availability, offer an adjustment to your rental period.

What is the rental season for your equipment?
Our shops are open throughout the winter season, generally from December to April, depending on snow conditions and the opening of the slopes in the Dolomiti Superski area.
Where are your shops located and how do I get there?
Orizon Rent is located at Via Precumon, 20, in Arabba, and Okay Rent at Via Boè, 7, also in Arabba, in the municipality of Livinallongo del Col di Lana. Both shops are easily accessible on foot from the village centre and close to the ski lifts.
